We hope you love the clothes you purchased from us but just in case
your order was not quite right we offer a simple no quibbles returns
policy.

- You have 28 days from the day you receive your purchases to return your items. Proof of purchase required.

-Please return all items unworn, clean and with the tags on.

-Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process

-BIBICO Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

-Refund amount is subject to applied discounts, tax, and
item condition. Unfortunately we won't be able to refund any delivery costs. Your returned items will be checked when they arrive at
our warehouse.

-If you are returning a UK order purchased with part Gift Card and an
alternative payment method, we'll refund the alternative payment method
first and then refund the remaining amount to the Gift Card.

Fill out the returns note on the back of the invoice ensuring you fill
in the reason code for each item you want to return or exchange (if you
cannot find your invoice please contact us here)

Exchanges

Exchanges will be shipped for FREE. Once we’ve received your order we’ll post your new exchange back to
you for free. Please allow 10 working days to receive your new item
(however it is usually much faster than this).

If the item you have requested is not in stock then we will get in
touch and you can either make another selection or we will send you a
refund.

How To Return (3 Options)

1. Use our Royal Mail returns label – (we will deduct £2 from your refund if you use this option)

- Attach the Royal Mail returns label which comes with your order to the parcel and drop it off at the post office.

2. Use your own shipping method

- Ensure your goods are in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns
address label on the parcel. Please send your return to the address
below using a trackable service and ensure you keep proof of postage
until after your refund has been processed. We cannot be responsible for
lost mail.

Please note that online returns will not be processed in-store. You can return your item/s but they will be refunded online within 7 days via our eCommerce system. You will be notified by email when the refund or exchange has been processed.
