We use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service for all our standard UK and Channel Island orders.

When your order's been dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking link. You'll have the option to sign up to text message delivery updates from your parcel's tracking page. Your parcel will be with you in 2-3 working days (although it can take a little longer at busy times).

UK Next Day Delivery - £5.95

Excludes weekends

Orders must be placed before 12PM the day before to guarantee next day delivery.

We use Royal Mail's Special Service for all UK Next Day Orders.

When your order's been dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking link. You'll have the option to sign up to text message delivery updates from your parcel's tracking page. Your parcel will be with you in before 1PM the next working day.

You can now make your purchase online and pick up your order from our Bath store.

- At the checkout stage of your purchase please select “Local Pickup” as the delivery option

- We'll email you when your order is ready to be collected from our Bath
store (collections are normally ready within 48 hours of placing an order). Please don't forget to bring your order number with you when you come to collect it. (please take note of the store opening times which
you can find here)

European standard delivery on orders is £8.95 (please read the customs & duties section)

EU Orders Post Brexit

Orders Under 150 euros or £135

There will be no VAT or Duty payable upon delivery. VAT will be collected at the checkout and paid by us.

No paperwork will need to be filled out by you.

This is a door-to-door delivery service

Orders Over 150 euros or £135

VAT tax will be deducted at the point of sale but will be payable at the point of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Import duties may also be applicable.

International standard delivery on orders to the USA & Canada is £12.00

International standard delivery on orders to the Rest Of The World are £15.00

aware that recipients outside the UK may have to pay import duty or
