The new Bartlett St Quarter sign
Last week we celebrated the unveiling of the new Bartlett St Quarter sign, which crosses Bartlett St. This is where our shop in Bath is located. The new sign replaces the Evans & Owen sign, which advertised the Victorian drapers and department store Evans and Owens. This building, No1 Bartlett St., is now home to the Loft, which still sells clothes and homewares.
While after so many years, many of the retailers have come and gone, Bartlett St. still retains a unique, independent spirit, where you can find an eclectic mix of interesting shops, art galleries, an antiques centre, cafes and restaurants.
So if you are a visitor to Bath, or someone who lives in the local area, please make sure you pay us a visit…I am sure you won’t regret it!
