UK Delivery Options
Free delivery on UK orders over £50
Free ‘standard delivery’ will be given on all orders with a value of over £50.
UK Standard delivery - 2-3 working days
Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, UPS or DPD.
UK Next Day delivery - 1 working day
Your order will be sent using Royal Mail's Next Day delivery service, if you place your order before 12pm on Monday to Friday, we’ll send it out on the same day and you will receive your order on the next working day. (excluding Bank Holidays).
Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your Products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner. Under these circumstances, delivery charges will not normally be refunded.
Local Pickup (Bath Store) - Upto 3 working days
You can now make your purchase online and pick up your order from our Bath store.
1. At the checkout stage of your purchase please select “Local Pickup” as the delivery option
2. We'll email you when your order is ready to be collected from our Bath store. Please don't forget to bring your order number with you when you come to collect it. (please take note of the store opening times which you can find here)
European Delivery
You can expect to receive your goods within 5-7 working days of order placement.
EU Orders Post Brexit
Orders Under £135
- There will be no VAT or Duty payable upon delivery.
- No paperwork will need to be filled out by you.
- This is a door-to-door delivery service
Orders Over £135
- VAT will be payable at the point of delivery rather than at the point of sale.
